Hi everybody!

When I found this forum (to be fair, I was directed here by two of its members) I liked it so much that I just jumped in with posts. Since then I found out that it is good form for a new member to introduce oneself. Here goes:
I'm an amateur that has been taking photo's for as long as I could hold a camera. My first camera at the tender age of six was a 6x9 box. Since then I've never stopped. Since about 30 years I have been using Leica M camera's and for tele/macro Leica R gear. The Leica R has been replaced since a year by a Canon 10D , for walkaround I use a Digilux2 and my real gear is a M6 TTL, Tri-Elmar (1), Summilux 50 mm, Tele-Elmarit 90 and Apo-Telyt M 135.

Welcome. We know your gear now, how about showing us some photos you took?
't would be a great "introduction".

By the way, waar in Nederland ben jij? Ikke woon in Eindhoven.

Welcome to the club Jaap! Very impressive equipment you have in your possession. It is also customary here for new members to upload photos taken with RF in their gallery as soon as possible! :)

Thank you for your welcome Pherdinand and Peter. :) So I posted some recent photographs (taken with my Digilux, I've got a huge backlog scanning my M6 films :( ) in an album, as you suggested. Now I have just to work out how to add the "My RFF Gallery"link to the posts !

I'm in Hoogvliet, south of Rotterdam, Pherdinand.

Welcome to this warm place, Jaap! Just have a look of your nice shots, would you mind tell me the scanning method for some of those slides ? :)

Hi Keven,

Thanks for your welcome. :) These shots were not scanned. I used my Leica Digilux2.
It may no be a rangefinder in the strictest sense of the word ;) , but I use it in full manual mode, which makes it close in a digital way. I will post scanned images from my M6 later. I use Agfachrome 100 and 200 film,a Minolta 5400 scanner at full resolution and work my files in PS Elements3.

welcome, glad you decided to drop by and post.
as others have said you have an impressive kit and i'm betting you will fit right in here.
