NO ... you will probably need either a step-up ring or have a custom-made B&W filter. There are companies cutting it for you to the right diameter.
Ask here for instance for advise or a custom solution: www.foto-huppert.de.
Keep in mind the 35 lux pre-asph is also one of the few lenses you can not have coded due to design of the lenses (there are some scews in the way).
You can try taking a regular screw in filter of the appropriate size (55mm?) and shave the threads down. I used a flat sheet of fine sandpaper and circular movement to do this to get a yellow filter for my pre asph. 35 Lux. A bit crude but it worked.

Just did a quick check and I was wrong on two things. The filter size I used for this is 49mm and it was to get a UV filter.
As J Borger says, you can purchase Series 7 486 filters from foto-huppert.de

You can use Google language tools to make your way through the ordering process. I'm told the owner does speak english. I've obtained several 486 filters from them in different sizes and received excellent service.

ETA: Do read my reply on the second page of this thread about the rear shroud on some Summiluxes being too long and having a problem with the M8.
I've just completed the removal and machining down of the rear shroud of my lens. I must say although it now focuses to infinity on the M8 it's a very close thing. After repainting the thickness of the paint was almost enough to prevent this, and that's leaving barely enough of the shroud to protect the rear surface of the lens. I'm beginning to wonder if there was a change in the optical design placing the rear lens group closer to the film?

That's interesting! My 35mm pre ASPH Canadian Summilux #30515xx has no screws on the rear of the mount that would interfere with the coding. The bayonet mount is attached to the lens barrel by three very small screws on the circumference of the mount and not on it's rear surface.
