Is my flash conector broken on my 111f or cable??

When i first got my 111f red dial,i couldn't find a way to fire the flash😡 I simply used my Leica NEX6 for flash😱

Once again ive been trying to activate a flash,could the problem be the flash connecting cable??

Can i check the camera connection?? Ohm meter???
