So I went abroad and obviously, had to put film through that X-ray thing and then after my film went through I remembered someone telling me (or maybe I read), that film was okay if it was 100-400, anything above or below that, the film would be ruined.

Then I saw my roll of Kodachrome and was :bang:

But I'm not sure if it's true. Maybe my Kodachrome is okay?
🙂 If it is, I still have a chance to shoot it! haha!

Ultra fast film (ISO 800 up) may be slightly fogged by carry-on baggage scanners - but by general experience, it takes a world trip to damage it to the point where that cannot be corrected in the printing. Slow film like Kodachrome is out of danger - unless you put it into the checked baggage, where much more aggressive scanners are in use.

Ahh great! That's okay then because I carried it with me in my hand luggage 😀

Don't worry.
Had mine pass 7 times under Xray and none damaged it, 6 on an airport and one on a port (ferry). The results look perfect. Some tell that they even had it pass +10 times and no problem.

Just worry if it went through check-in scanners, those are killers.
