Hi All. When I mount my Canon 50mm f1.4 on my Canon P and engage the infinity lock on the lens the view through the viewfinder of a distant object doesn't look like it's focused. It's just a bit out. If I disengage the lock I can get the viewfinder images to align. I also noted that the dot on the lens barrel that marks the aperture indents isn't on the top of the lens, as I expected. I need to loosen the lens by half a turn to get it in this position. Is this normal? Something out of adjustment? Your wise thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks

This is how it's supposed to be. You'll find out why when you look through the viewfinder.
