is the Hasselblad H4D-200MS the medium format Sigma SD1?

So it's a 50mp sensor, akin to the Phase One P65+ or similar backs, but they're claiming 200mp, is this an inflated spec somewhat like the ~12mp Sigma SD1 getting 40mp with Foveon technology? Or is it some sort of grid/panorama composite system to make a larger image with higher pixel count?

Kinda. Piezoelectric motor moves sensor to take multiple exposures.
