Is it possible to diffuse the light source on a condenser enlarger with a diffusor filter in the filter drawer? Is there such a thing?

Try using a piece of milky plastic cut to fit the filter drawer of your Besseler. Might work.

Yep! All you need is the below and cut down, stack 2 sheets if you need 2 stops.... each layer cuts a stop

Not as far as I know. I use 23CII model. I checked this question some years ago when looking into changing to a diffuser. For 23CII least, there is a diffuser module that takes the place of the standard condenser module. That is what I use. It was not expensive 10 years ago. must be dirt cheap now.
