Hi, I'm new to Yashica camera and recently got my hand on one. I suspect there is a problem since the light indicator only appear over the Slow LED. No matter where I point the camera, in the bright sky or in the dark room, its always shows Slow. I just want to comfirm with the experience user in this forum. When I point the camera into the bright afternoon sun I'm suppose to receive indictator of Over LED?

G/GSN lacks indication (can't remember - which? over or slow??) in case of deteriorated POD. Haven't seen GL so will guess it has POD under hood so you would wish to check it.

Yeah, I still use film...
Yes, if you point it at the sun you should definitely get an over indication. If you don't get one, it could mean that the light bulb is burned out, or it could be something more serious...
