There was a rather expensive macro lens setup made for Leica that might fit. I forget what is was called, but no doubt someone else will remember, or maybe even be able to show you one. They show up on ebay from time to time. If you can get a data sheet with a closeup lens, that might be a better way to go. I have done that with a Canonet and it works. You just have to measure accurately and keep track of your depth of field.
Have no idea on a half body case other than to see if a Leica case would fit or look for a whole case or half case on ebay, keh, craiglist, etc.
