I heard back quickly from the websites owner, this is what they said to me:
"Thanks for letting the incident immediately. at this time the problem was solved in our system. Image options were disabled. After analyzing the error was not directly from us but from which owns Yahoo Flirck, our website uses the API (application programming interface) which Yahoo offers them free to any webmaster with a single record.
offering the ability to search, view, and download the images that were
indexed by Yahoo Images. which index to Flirck and all images, photos, and others who appear there. although we already disable the display of images on our website.
hundreds other web sites to be used the same yahoo API can be showing your photos.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. and express our sincere greetings and success to you at the Rabbits Hole."

There are literally thousands out there that you probably haven't even found or probably aren't spidered on the US google index.

guys this is happening everywhere. Don't be surprised to see your images illegally used in India on busses or on billboards, even low rez bumped upp to high rez. If you're gonna post your images, accept the consequences. At this point there is nothing that can be done.
