Leica LTM Is this surely a IIIc (3c)?

According to what I can see from the most recent Tamarkin catalogue, it looks a IIIc. Online, the serial (3764B) makes it out to be a IIIc too. Can anyone confirm?

The thing is, the serial is 37648, which clearly puts it in the 1941/42 IIIc category on the cameraquest page. This is my main confusion. The lens is not detachable, and is a Elmar 50mm f3,5, making it most likely a I. I'm still a little confused.
 
The Leica II has RF and separated VF, and IIIx have the same plus slow speeds in a separate dial in the camera front.
This one should be a I, but a late type.

Yes, this is a Leica I from 1930!

All "wartime" IIIC`s are 6 digit serial number cameras starting at #360000 and ending around #391600ish
