Is your font too small

Many of you old fogies have expressed concerns about the small font on the site. Well, this has now bee remedied for the most part.

Simply go down to the bottom of the page and select Afterdark-VBP354+ as your default style. The attached image shows where to do this.

I'm okay with the font size as long as I sit really far back from the monitor. The problem is my arms... then they aren't long enough to reach the keyboard.

Even with the "+" skin, the small font does show up in some places, such as in hyperlinks, but only when you hover the mouse over the link - it looks awkward because half the text jumps when the text changes size. But it's way better already than it was!

I like the choice of fonts; I am currently using the larger one. I also like the way the page centers on my screen, side-to-side. Since I take up part of the left side of the screen with "Bookmarks", in the past I had to keep using the slider to center up.

Try changing it in your user options and saving it there. That worked for me.

Actually I went back to the VBP354 layout. Even the VBP354+'s font is one or two points too large. Gotta suck being a site owner..impossible to please everyone 🙂

I have been using the + version no problem. It is the versions other than the various afterdark ones that Jorge was warning against. Interesting things happen. 😉
