Just ran a few rolls through my new to me Iskra and think this camera, lens combo is a keeper. Enjoy my Mockba-5 with it's film acreage and all,but this is definitely a better built camera.Lens is sharp enough (notice the wood grain on the dock) and handles bright light also (note the glare from the road ). Rather nice to use the square format again.

Just my curiosity... did you remove the distinguishing small holes this camera produces directly on the film? They are part of its character!

Iskra's lens is a gem indeed. If your camera is working with its original counter, please take care of it, it's a weirdo mechanism quite difficult to repair.

When scanning the negative I simply cropped the punched holes . It's actually quickly becoming my carry around camera.
$200 is almost exactly what I paid and I believe I got a good example.
Regards,Peter

Just got a roll of Provia 100F back (and after following previous threads about mysterious light leaks ) now have a great carry around camera. This FSU lens continues to impress me!

I haven't shot with mine in a long time. Once I finish the roll in it now I'll get it up here in the classifieds as I'm more of a TLR person. Its definitely a solid camera though and the lens is great, particularly stopped down a bit.
