It's 2020, where do I send my 35mm film for developing?

Who is still developing film? Who is still in business? I don't develop my film anymore. Who is your favorite?
 
Are you planning on getting scans or just developing from the lab? For develop only I like Pro Photo Connection for color and Simple Film Lab for black and white. If you're getting scans done, The FIND Lab and Goodman Film Lab have given me the best results.

I've been developing my B&W using the cinestill DF96 monobath solution. One liquid for everything, can be reused up to 18 times. There is a thread on it.

In North America I only use NCPS as you do. On the continent, I do my own -- but I only shoot film in large format so there is no need for laboratory services. My life is photojourno so total digital.

For B&W, they use Clayton F76+ developer. I haven't tried that yet.

For those of us in the UK: I send my black and white films to Monoprint in Oxford, whom I recommend highly, the very best. I’ve used them for over ten years. They’re willing to use the developer you want (within reason), using for me all those I’ve asked for including Rodinal, XTOL, Perceptol, ID11, Microphen. They’re brilliant with them all but especially Rodinal - which is now my usual developer for TMY which I rate at 400 - and XTOL.

They do very good develop and print packages, too, for 35mm and 6x6, giving either 6x4 or 7x5 prints, all hand-printed. I particularly like their pearl finish - I find that it’s very close to the appearance of glossy unglazed fibre prints. They will print on either fibre or RC paper as requested.

I have all my films developed and printed to 7x5 on pearl RC. I’m happy to admit that their prints are far better than any prints that I could make, and I used to be fairly good at it. (I used to use the old Ilfobrom and Kodak Polycontrast F in Dektol).
 
I'm in Uk and use Ag-Photolab (https://www.ag-photolab.co.uk/). They do unusual formats such as Xpan and Widelux.

Dwaynes looks reasonable, but what do you folks pay in postage for the round trip, and do you use USPS or some package carrier.
 
Another vote for NCPS. I find their turnaround time--particularly if you pay the extra $2 to upload your scans--to be excellent. I remember I had a bunch of film I wanted to have developed before I deployed to Afghanistan (years ago) and they both rush developed and overnighted it back to me (in NY) free of with a personalized note. Made me a customer for life.
 
Doesn't Dale's down there still develop film? There's also a place in the Tampa/St. Pete area (Zebra Color) that does mail order processing. And of course, Dwaynes, but I had some QC issues with their processing, years ago; a good thing actually, because it made me start developing my own B&W.

Used to use them, but it requires a 45 minute drive twice.

Really glad to see so many choices. It's good to get a 2020 snapshot of who is doing this. Feel free to chime in, in your neighborhood or continent? Antarctica anyone?
