My newly acquired M6 arrived this morning. Already loaded film and taken first few shots. The camera condition is immaculate - doesn't look as if it has ever been used, but I know it has. The seller macdougal0 has an amazing Leica collection and he is currently selling another M6 (classic) which looks to be in the same condition as mine, but younger. I have no connection to the seller other than having bought my M6 from him, but I cannot recommend him highly enough. I know that he will be selling another couple of cameras in the near future - M6TTLs I think.
Initial observations: Its smaller and lighter than I imagined - slightly lighter than my Hexar RF. Its also not quite as quiet as I thought it would be - no real discernible difference between it and the Hexar or Bronica, just different.
I'll post some shots as soon as I can finish this roll.
