i bought the second zi body in september and the last lens in july, both in '06.
and nothing for the rf since.

except for the 50/1.5 sonnar i wish for nothing. (rf-wise)

just thinking, that's all...

not sure and that's part of the problem.
i prefer not to double up on focal lengths but it sounds like the 2 will be different enough to justify it.

of course i'm more of a 35mm guy so maybe i could live with 'just' a fast sonnar 50.

Well, if it helps at all, my only regret with getting rid of the Planar was losing its ability to focus closer than the Sonnar. I didn't think it would matter, but there have been a couple instances where it's been a limitation. Other than that its a wonderful lens. You won't be disappointed.
