SO, the other day one of my co-workers took in a sweet little Olympus 35 DC for consignment. The poor little thing looked so forlorn sitting amid all that digital crap that I just had to give it a good home.
22.23 dollars Canadian later I had yet another camera , a 49mm uv, and a roll of yellow peril 135-12.
the first negs ought to be out today. I'll let you know

As a relative newbie to the rff, I have seen GAS mentioned, its obviously an acronym but for what? As for yr signature re digital, I'd agree, still haven't got a digicam yet, but slathering over M8, an impossibility unless I had a "friend" on the docks who could manage to lose a box destined for a store...and I don't. I just love film but I have seen some mighty impressive images here done with digital cameras; when we travel, my wife takes a 1GB card, maybe a backup 512MB SD card, and I have a couple of bulging freezer baggies of film taking up space in my bag, and then, of course, there's the airport xrays.

Seems very capable.
1st rule of photography...point the camera at something interesting.
2nd rule...pretty girls are always interesting.
Thus, I like the first shot best. :-D
