Since the recent M8 firmware upgrade namely 1.092 I cannot get Iview to read the DNG files. The program just crashes. This is a real shame because IView is a a fantastic viewer. Just stunning. Recently I have had to manage portfolios of 1000+ photos. IView (especially compared to PS Bridge 2) is a killer app. You can download a free trial and I recomend anyone needing to work with a lot of files quickly, ranking them sorting them, attaching key words and storing the originals off the computer (harddrive or on media) and holding big thumbnails on board, then this is a great program. Since I am now not able to open the DNGs I am forced to use Bridge from CS3 for the DNGs and while its better than the CS2 version its still a 100 miles away from IView with all its features.
Anybody experianced this problem and found a solution?

Well further to my comments in my post above, today Friday 13th the answer rolls in. The new M8 firmware 1.102 out today does create DNGs that can be opened in IView.
Brillant.

I have iView 3.13 (latest) and it does not really open DNG files from 1.102 - just creates a small jpeg thumbnail placeholder. I don't have any use for iview now that I have Lightroom.Neville Porter said:Well further to my comments in my post above, today Friday 13th the answer rolls in.
