One of my favorite neighborhoods. Continually amazed by the depth of humanity. I've only scratched the surface. More eventually to come.

Jackson Heights is one, if not the most diverse neighborhood in the United States. Very fascinating place. Tons of restaurants imaginable.

I would love to see more. I haven't seen Jackson Heights in decades!
Back when I was in my late teens, one of our occasional hang-out bars (Budd's) was a block off Roosevelt and I got out there every few weeks for a while.
I'm very sure it changed radically. Back then my impression was that it was mostly Caucasian middle class, with maybe some Puerto Rican sprinkled in there. The photos show quite a bit of diversity but still some Catholic roots in there.

This must be one happy little GR....you are helping it do what it was born to do.
Excellent use of the 28mm angle of view! (Mabelsound: good call recognizing the FL!)
In any event, interesting subject matter, well seen and captured.
Keep 'em coming!
