Japanese SUPER WESTOMAT 35 - Any info?

I've seen one of these offered at a very reasonable price (about £25ish) but know nothing about it. It appears to be in excellent condition, and apparently is fully working.
It looks like a very interesting camera, very different from the Zorki 4 I'm currently using.
For the amount of money I'm willing to take the risk, but would be good if anyone could provide any info, of any nature on this camera.

I got curious and Googled the Super Westomat 35...neat-looking knockoff of the old Kodak 35 crossed with a Medalist. Interesting appearing camera. In browsing around, though, I found this link
