Is there a metal detector at the Pearly Gates? What are they going to say about my M2? More to the point, is there D-76 in Heaven, and if so, how will the heavenly environment affect developing times? If Heaven is a balmy 80°, how will I cool my developer to 68°? Is there a central requisition office to petition for a darkroom somewhere? Wait a minute, is there any darkness at all?
 
Well, whatever happens, I 'm using my M9. Either way, I 'll be shooting a band that night. Knowing this particular band, they WON'T be Rapturing up to Jeezus....and believe me, neither will I.....
 
I rang the Rapture Crisis Hotline just now and was told to use digital only, as the heat of hell will damage the emulsion and make all our chemicals evaporate. And the Zombies are attracted to Rodinal too so I've flushed all of that.

However, I did discover the M6 can be used as a weapon if tied to a mop handle.

I'm already prepared to go to hell. For a developer I use Diafine which is not temperature sensitive. I just hope that rumor isn't true: that in hell there is no film.

Train ride!

Train ride!

I'm going on a scenic train ride with family and friends. I want to see what happens if the engineer gets raptured. I've also been wondering if any airline pilots are true believers in the church of Harold. Would they call in sick tomorrow? Or would they just let the poor unraptured slobs crash into the side of a mountain?
 
It's already May 21 here in Asia... oops, apparently God is on the West! 😀

I'll use my OM1N... no batteries required means it will go on forever as long as John H. is with us!
 
Oh yes, I've had it in my diary for weeks. I've got a deck chair and some beer in...should be a good show all round. You're all welcome to join me, just bring some bevvies and a sausage for the barbie
 
... more important is getting the exposure right, what with Death, I imagine he's got a pretty conservative colour sense, on that pale-horse all backlighted with Hell close behind .... tricky lighting if you ask me.

I wonder if the seven seals have an L on them

The real doomsday is when the housing market bottoms. Apparently that coincides with the Mayan Doomsday if you look at the IMF charts.

Also remenber that it takes 6-9 months for mortgage defaults to become foreclosures so there could be a further delay.
