July 2008: Rangefinder General

Late, but at last, my July collection is complete

Too much of the "day job" in August, and this weekend the first time I have had to take my rangefinders out at all... But July's collection includes many taken around London (and a couple in Newcastle) with the Leica M8, and a few with two new rangefinders: the Mamiya 7 and Plaubel Makina 67 medium format film rangefinder cameras. Here are 3 photos from July

Looked at your gallery, it was pretty easy to spot the Mamiya 7 pics, film texture and details were evident even in the thumbnails, nice work!

Hi Nick,
nice shots there ! My favorites are "Alien Station" and "Corporate Shot" the 21 for this small group portrait is excellent. And damn' I hope my local camera dealer will never have a MF rangefinder on sale - not sure I can resist the GAS attack, surely it blows the M8 away.
