Jupiter 2/50mm

anyone have any experience with a jupiter sonnar lens? I am thinking of getting one for my M3. Any ideas how reliable sellers in Russia are on Ebay?

The Jupiter-8 is a nice lens according to my experience. It is also cheap enough!

Look for threads in the Russian RF forum; there are several threads featuring the lens and also about Russian sellers.

If you are going to buy this lens, everyone here always
suggest watching the classifieds on this site.
Lot safer than dealing w/folks that you can't get feedback from.
Members here will give you the straight truth about their gear
before you buy.

I like this lens. I do think it benefits from a shade. Fedka.com has a nice metal shade that accepts a 52mm lens cap, which is quite handy.

I got my J8 from alex-photo-goods on ebay and it is good. I bought a few other lenses and accessories from alex and got no problems
