Jupiter 3 on the R-D1

I finally got the chance to go out this morning to have a play with my J3

I was trying to see what kind of looks I could get out of this lens

I picked the lens up from Russia via eBay with the plan to use it for arty out of focus style shots so i was not to worried if I got a poor quality one.... so far I'm very happy with it

it takes better focused than unfocused shots so far as I learn the tricks in taking good unfocused ones

anyway here are some of my shots from today

I used a Velvia preset to get these colours in Lightroom
