I have never gotten so good results from any camera/lens combination, as with my Contax III+Jupiter 8, (1959) with an AGFA neg. color film before. The colors are so neutral and accurate I almost believe they're from my Nikon D70s. Also, this lens renders the picture better than any of my Nikkor lenses! The front lins even has a small chip in it. Is it the J8's coating that copes so well with the AGFA film? (AGFA Pro 200N)

Ah, AGFA colour films. Those were sure something special. I shot a roll of RSX 50 (slide film) the other day with my Sonnar 50 f/1.5 on my Kiev, and I got the cleanest colours I've ever seed. Kodak slide films tend to have a bluish palette, and Fuji's a green/purple one, but AGFA was the most neutral.
It's so sad I just realized that after they were gone. Oh well, at least we still have Kodachrome.
