Brian fixed up a Jupiter-8 I had, and adjusted it to Leica standard. It turned out really nicely. Here's a recenty shot at an "Oktoberfest" in Seattle, which I think shows the character of the lens. This is about 1/3of the original M8 frame, probably at f/2.2.

That was a nice J-8, aluminum double-helical without the Tab. When disassembling, you need to pay attention to how the RF Cam lines up. There are multiple starting points for the thread, all look right, only one works! Hard to explain, and I need to remember this for the next one.
