Jupiter 8 with Pansonic G1

My J8s won't align with the rangefinder on the M8 , I have read about the Zeiss situation , but it tends to go over my head .
A screw adapter is awaited for my new-to-me Panasonic G1 , but can my USSR lenses focus OK with it ?

Unless your J8 is so far out it won't focus to infinity, you can focus it on the G1.

Yes, you will focus in the lcd, no guess work. The G1 should give you a magnified section in the center of the lcd, there's a button I think. I've only used the GF-1 but it should be the same.

I use a J-8 on the EP2, even modified it for 0.5m close-focus.

I used a J8 on a G1. Worked quite well, no problems with infinity focus.
