Jupiter 9 lens for portraits?

I think they are pretty expensive now. I have three M42 models trying to find one that is not so glued up with dried grease as to make it a chore to use. I think it is a splendid lens. The bokeh is second to none, very soft and smooth with a very gentle gradient. I retains it in fairly close too up past f4.0. The lens is pretty soft wide open, but it is a very fast lens for a longer focal length. It is soft again above f11. So use it in the range if you want good sharpness. I think it is a gorgeous lens to look at too. Nice machining and great polish and anodozing. Looks great on my 4/3's adapted cameras. I am hoping to get one for my rangefinder cameras soon.

I now have a trio of them, M39, M42 and Kiev/Contax B. All are giving great pictures, however the M39 could need a cosmetic tuch up. (old aluminum barrels dont look too great.)
As for hoods I'm to found of Olympus 85/100 in stiff rubber.
Comparing them with my CZJ and CZO leavs not only me in doubt of witch is witch. My ZO OM 2/85 is in the same class, since my CZJ is uncoated it behaves quite diffrent with the big lamp in the glass.
A very recomendebel lens, and very cost efficent too....
