Just bought a Zorki 1 info

I just won this Zorki 1 on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zorki-range...FN0%2B1E7SD5GVfMNsY4A%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc It is a Zorki 1 but does anybody know which particular model? Can you year be determined by serial number 107418?

The Industar 22 looks to be coated. I've used several Jupiter lens but never the Industar so is it a decent lens?
