Incredible that all four rolls have turned out beautifully. For two of the rolls I was at the Brands Hatch European Grand Prix 1985 Nigel Mansell won his first Grand Prix race that day. Have images of Concord and Spitfire flying over in the pre race action. One more roll is from 1989 when Jaguar won the Le Mans 24 and came back to Brands Hatch for a sprint race.
They have survived the heat of Georgia USA for twenty years now, since I moved over here in 1990.
All I did was add an extra four minutes developing time on the recommended eleven.
I stopped using 35mm when I bought my first Hasselblad in 1983 and must have used my Canon cameras for these images. Drying now, cutting up for light table look soon.
Absolutely amazing.

awesome!
Looking forward to seeing them, will keep an eye out in the gallery.

What's the story?
Did you find them in stashed away in an old box that you hadn't unpacked since you moved (I have a few of those) or was your film backlog really, really long? 🙂

My surprise was that the start of one had my wife of then back in 1983 on It. Also a couple of images of fishermen on a pier up in the north east. That camera was the Canon AE1 and the other race ones were taken with a Canon A1.
Oh boy the Formula One cars have changed so much.
One I have not bothered to put in a sleeve, it’s just no worth it.
So I will scan them soon and see if wet printing is worth doing on any of them.
This certainly was a trip down memory lane, amazing stuff as so much has happened since back then. The world will never be the same again, not that it was perfect but compared with now it was sublime and reasonably peaceful.
