Just finished rebuilding my Kiev 4a

I use Pritt stick as the last thing I need is not to be able to remove it easily as I frequently need to strip e.g. when a screw loosens, or I forget the protective glass over the viewfinder or range finder etc.

It does take a long time to stick.

My problem is I like the pre '73 leather ooooooh.

When you get a screw you may need to 'salvage' the female threads, as the screws can get lost, after they are over torqued and the threads are damaged.

There is not much thread to start with...

Although my taste evolved towards the black kievs, less attention attrating, I cannot deny the that chrome kiev with a chrome J-12 is a beauty I never dreamed about.
