Just found two rolls of Elite Color 400 ...

... in a store in town. The last two rolls they had left. I understand that this is basically Portra 400UC, marketed as Ultra Color 400 in the US, and that it went out of production in 2008. The rolls both have an expiry date of 02/2009, but were stored cool.

I just put one in my Pentax, I'm curious to see how these turn out.

I got 10rolls of this on thursday in the mail, will save it to next summer as it is awful gray weather allready here in Finland. I am waiting to get to see your results of this.

I guy sold 65rolls as his wife decided to clean out his fridge i think, only could afford 10 rolls, they were sold quite fast.
My wife is starting to nag about my films also, i have about 450 rolls freezed at home. I think i will have to start shooting of them soon....

First roll turned out with sharp pictures and nice colours, but severly underexposed. I shall expose the other one at least @ E.I. 200, if not 100. Seems the aged emulsion needs more light. Pictures to follow.
