Just got a VIOOH viewfinder

I would agree with OldNick, as mine has no focusing provision either only the paralex adjustment in the base.

Ahhh, that makes sense. So that little adjustment thing is for parallax adj. I thought it was something to focus with.

I have a specific question regarding 35mm LTM lenses. Since the viewfinder does not have any focusing involved in it, would I need to zone-focus with the lens and guesstimate?

No. You focus using the camera's rangefinder, note the distance on the lens scale and then set the finder's parallax if required to get the correct framing for the image. If your subject is 20 feet or farther away, set parallax at infinity.

Just a tip about this finder (which everyone probably knows anyway!).
Apart from the problem with decreasing image size as you go to longer focal lengths (there'snot much you can do about that!), a lot of VIOOH finders seem to have very hazy optics. If anyone has one like this, believe me, the difference on having them cleaned properly is remarkable!
