No I havent done any meaningful test.The way I use my RD-1(amateur)I shoot usually with a one gig card that gives me 100 shots raw then I change the card and the battery.
In the early days we had a lot of discussion about 3rd party batteries and if they may damage our RD-1 cameras.I dont think they do.I will say the way i use batteries the epson ones continue holding charge whereas the third party ones need replacing .I usually use my 2 epson batteries for shooting the other 2 as back up and if I am away from home the generic ones are good for editing at the end of the day whilst the main set are charging,
