Halloween is one of my favorite hloidays but I think this is TOO SCARY(click) ! 
I can't repeat my exact words when I first saw this one but I'm sure any of you brave enough to look will echo my words fairly closely!
Somebody spent time and effort to get the "leather" done and then ignored the paint on the body...
These things are like getting a song stuck in yer head; the only way to get 'em out is to pass 'em along to someone else(sorry).

One of my favorite Halloween memories is from a decade or so ago:
I was 30ish and lived in a house with a VERY deep front yard and long driveway.
The woman I was living with was also into Halloween in a big way. She dressed as a very scary witch. Not cute at all. No lights except the street lights. kids walked up to the house, she creeped 'em out a little then gave good candy to 'em, turned on the porch light and sent the kids on their merry way. I had a hunting camoflage suit and was concealed in a big pile of leaves about half way back to the street(and light). As I heard the kids approaching, I leapt from the pile of leaves roaring and carrying on. Sending the kids screaming to the next house.
The kids liked it but the neigborhood parents asked us not to do that again.
It's such a wonderful holiday

Seems there are tons of orange-colored items coming from Ukraine after the "orange revolution". With this sample though, they hurt both the revolution and the fine camera

What in the sam hell is THAT! My first question is how does one read the shutter speed? My next one is how do you put that up to your eyes without laughing! You could see the revelation the Kiev chop shopper had when making this one... oooooh, halloween... I want to make it black and ORANGE yeah that's it....they'll buy THIS *slap*

Hey those are the colors of the high school i went to.
All its missing is the Varsity letter as the name plate.

Well, at least your high school had OK colors. My high school colors were purple and white. Now those would make for an excrementally ugly camera!lubitel said:

Ouch! Ugly paint job! ... It hurts my eyes thinking about trying to set the shutter speed...
I do think that black kiev's look pretty good though... Mine has blue 'leather' (which admittedly isn't as flashy/gaudy as the orange) and the paint job was done really well... Someone was thinking when they decided not to paint the knobs! How many times has it been said that if only these people would cater seriously to RRF fans?
That reminds me of a question I was going to ask... The dial showing shutter speeds (calculator dial) for the meter on my '63 model shows a top speed of 1000... Is this a case where parts from another latter model have been used?
