just one. x-pro or xe-1

I just picked up the X-E1 after selling all my OMD EM-5 and my m4/3 gear. The image quality from Fuji's sensor is the clincher. I will say that in some respects the build quality of the EM-5 body is better (weatherproofing, less plastic) and Oly's AF is better despite Fuji's firmware upgrade but having used rangefinders for almost all my life, the X series is as comfortable as an old shoe. Build quality of the Fuji lenses are better than some of the Olympus or Panasonic lenses although with Oly's newer premium primes it's a draw. I would have considered the X -Pro1 but I prefer the EVF to the OVF since my main lenses are likely to be the zooms (18-55 and the forth coming 10-24 and 55-200). I only wish the X-E1 had less plastic in the body panels.

well changed my mind. bought a X-E1 mainly cause I felt after all I read here and elsewhere my eyes (going bad) would incur less strain and I want to use non fuji lenses as well.

For me it's the xpro1. It has a more familiar feel in hand with it's almost M proportions.
Also, the optical VF is very much a useful and usable feature. I will admit I use the EVF about 3/4 of the time but, still would not give up the OVF (same, same when using the x100).

Exactly how I feel.
