No, just placed the order online with them. They will charge me when it arrives and ships. Not too worried about when I get it, I thought the price was good.George S. said:

I too ordered one online on Jam 2nd. Still "Not in stock". I'm getting skeptical that they'll actually deliver at that price ($550). Adorama, CQ, and Photovilliage all sell them for $599...

George, CQ & PV both sold their first run of these cameras at $499. Then, Cosina came through with a price increase. If B&H got the same early price commitment, it wouldn't be a surprise that they could deliver them at $549. The may just have been lower on the priority list for delivery of their first run that CQ & PV because the other two are Voigtlander "distributors." Have faith; B$H will comt through for you. 🙂

They will honor the price. B&H is too big to ruin their reputation over a few dollars. Not to worry.

I just called B and H and was on hold for half an hour..then their system hung up on me. It kept telling me to please hold, would ring 3 times, then hold announcement again. I just wanted to call and see about R3A stock and shipments. Trying to calm people here, but this is not making me calm now. 🙂
