Just found that the new Biogon 35/2 ZM & the Planar T 50/2 (grey market) available in a local store (Hong Kong). The price for the 50 is around $680USD, and around $8xxUSD for the 35, not include the lens hood. Seems the 21 & 15 will be available soon.

No information about the Ikon's price in HK by any chance ?

Wow. That 50 at least has a very competitive price. Can't wait to see some results from these lenses. We've been waiting long enough!

Better than the prices I have seen so far in the US stores (on websites actually)- 35- $1024 and 50- $824ish.

Peter,
There are some nice examples taken on the Epson R-D1 with the 50mm here: http://www.pbase.com/richardchoi/image/39853636

His Gallery has a lot of pictures but those with the 50mm Zeiss are forward from above.

Congratulations! Bonky. :)

Hucky,

That should be 50. The 35 is priced over $HK 6000 without lens hood.

Thanks, Keven. Did that price for the 50 include the lens hood? (Cost of the lens hood is amazing when I can get one very similar & metal for my Nikon for about $15 USD.)

Wow! $680 USD. Great price!

Hopefully, a sign of things to come on the US grey market. :)

Thanks, Keven

yes thats waht i paid for the 50ZM... with metal hood and a b&w filter..

cant post any pics for ref...still havent had a chance to shoot with it yet...:( :(

Dr. Yao retails the hood for the 50/35 at approx US$78, a little cheaper than the stores. They share the same hood so 1 is enough if you're picking up both lenses. I believe the 28/2.8 has also just come in. Both silver and black ones should be the same price, don't let the stores con you... just like they did to me :(
