Just saw 2 new Zeiss Ikon lenses

I'd suggest you give Tin Cheung a miss. I purchased the 2 Zeiss lenses from them, along with a TX-2. I received an email quote for them for 2 black lenses and when I sent a friend to the store to pick them up, they claimed the quote were for silver lenses and demanded an additional amount if I wanted the black ones. Had no choice but to cough up the difference. Only later did I find out that other dealers were selling either color at the same prices. The first TX-2 they tried to sell also came with a dent and scratches... man, the things these stores will try to do to unsuspecting customers. Shipping for these 3 items to Singapore was quoted at US$160!!!

Go with Joseph Yao for your purchases. He's a top notch gentleman, responds to every query in a timely manner and will provide sound buying advice.

Well, there was the obvious other option: tell him to get stuffed and spend a few days working over his rep on the web. That's the way I would've gone.

Hmmm, very odd... Both for sale, and there's no longer a pic of the Noctilux at the URL he posted on the 10th. The Planar has only hours to go on a 3-day BIN listing at a very attractive price... Wonder why a buyer hasn't bit? I'd think that should be an easy sale.

The Zeiss equipment seems to be cheaper everywhere than in the USA. I think that Zeiss deliberately marked the price high here as a hedge against the falling dollar.
