Yeah, I had big issues w/ them as well. Finally got my order in (took forever, no matter which browser I used), and then they came up w/ the free shipping scheme afterwards. Grrr.

This is an off and on problem with KEH. You would think a company their size could get this problem fixed once and for all.

Eh, a few of the past outages were denial of service attacks. I'd wager those would take down most shops the size of KEH.

It's a distributed denial of service attack that is probably taking out a neighboring website but the DC they are in can't cope with all the flood so the network they are on is going on and off... Nothing to do about it really except getting some high$ hardware and ddos mitigation experts.
