Kiev 4 - How do I remove the sproket wheel from shutter assembly?

I have been trying to completely strip a dead Kiev 4 shutter, in view of trying to understand how this thing work so I can proceed to CLA my Kiev 2.

I have managed to strip most of the parts off the shutter,, but I am stuck with the sprocket wheel, I can see that it is held together by a conical pin, but not matter what I try (dental implemants, blow torch, pliers), this little pin just would not budge!

Can anyone here share any tip on how to get this off? Do I need to make a special tool? Or is there some incredibly simple way to do it that just simply have not occur to me yet?

I am at my wit's end, I have been stuck with this little pin for weeks now.....
