Kiev-mount Jupiter 9 re-lube information

Does anyone have any information on re-lubing this lens please? A link or instructions would be very helpful. I think it was included on these pages but the site seems to have vanished:

A web-search hasn't turned up anything useful so I'm a bit stuck now!

I've just got hold of one that is optically excellent but the focus is so heavy it has a habit of unlocking the bayonet. I know the mount is simpler than the LTM version but I'm wary of attempting it without some guidance.
