I was looking at the online guide kievholic and how to open it, there is only one thing im stuck at and it looks a bit different, how do I open this

And no, I did not do that nasty damage

try a small piece of bike inner tube rubber on the stripped screw head and apply a wide blade tip screwdriver on top of that to get some purchase on the stripped head.
