I don't see the IIIf synchronizer-dial, or conversion plate, under the shutter speed selector...which is also the smaller IIIc style. Might be a IIId...?

Definitely not IIIf-conversion, as there is no flash sync or selector under the shutter dial.
By the serial it's wartime, but on further research the self timer has one ring too few to be a genuine IIId. The self timer was probably a later addition by factory upgrade...odd that they didn't add the flash sync as well, though.

It is worth a lot less than £632, mind you, your price is reasonable.
The value of conversions is still often a lot less than an un-converted camera and as a collector of conversions I do not find it interesting. It is a bit of a mixture and for actually taking pictures would offer nothing more than your current set up.
So I would say no...but it is your money.
