A shameless plug for my own first little exhibition!
Completely self organised, in cahoots with a friend of mine who runs a very cool retro gaming cafe in Tokyo, KL shots is a small solo exhibition of photos I shot in Kuala Lumpur this year. It is vaguely focussed on 3 communities of people living there (Native Malay, Chinese, and Indian communities), but mainly just a modest series of KL street photos.
If you are around Kichijouji in Tokyo, it's pretty much next to the station at the park side, here is the description:

but make sure you check the schedule, because they are not always open!
The cafe alone is worth visiting, I recommend the homemade banana cake, that stuff is simply evil.
The flyer says it's until the 9th, but it has been extended till the 23rd!

We had a opening party with nice wine and snacks, for me that was the highlight. There were many people, some friends which I hadn't seen for years. I might give more of these parties, so let me know if you want to join next time.
I had lots of doubt if my work was fit for an exhibition, but I learned not to worry and just enjoy showing my prints and have nice moments with people. I can recommend it to everyone. It is so easy to shoot and print nowadays, but everybody just watches stuff online. It's much more fun to get together, look at each other's prints, and drink!
Have a good day.
