Are you shooting any this summer/fall and sending it off to Dwaynes? I've been shooting film since 1998 but have never shot Kodachrome before so I just picked up some rolls on eBay which I'm going to shoot over the next couple of months.

Odd, given that I've never shot it before, that I should be saddened to see it disappear. Perhaps it's just the poignancy of those Paul Simon lyrics? Anyway, I'm making up for lost time. This summer / fall I'll be shooting tons of the stuff.

There's still lots left on eBay. I hope it all gets purchased, shot and shipped to Kansas before December. It would be sad to see any roll left unprocessed.

Show your commitment to film. Go grab some Kodachrome before mama takes it away for good.

Go for it Pirate. I see you're a guitarist also. Just picked up a new Martin myself. I can think of one song I'll be strumming while I work my way through my stock of Kodachrome.

There is a lot of expired Kodachrome on there. I just developed a few rolls of expired film I used in Paris..... never again. I don't have any luck with expired film being any good so I'm going to stay away from that stuff.

I picked up one of the Les Paul Tribute guitars back in January. I'll bet the Goldtop on that would look good on some Kodachrome!

I've so far had luck with some 2009 and 2010 KR64, but the 2003 KR200 was awful. I've seen some nice results from KR64 that expired in 1998, but I don't have mine back yet. I am leery to spend much on potentially bad film. I have so much good film to shoot it's not even funny.
