Kodak Autographic 1A Bellows Issue

I picked up this lovely folding camera but all the vinyl scraped off the bellows. I was going to plastidip/liquid electrical tape/underseal it but dont think that it would last and I'd like the option to fold it.

Does anyone ahve a source for a replacement? I found someone on eBay who makes custom ones for $40 but I am on a bit of a budget. It seems they are glued in the back and riveted int he front.

Any ideas once I get some bellow how to deal with the front rivets? drill them out and replace with something?

These bellows were never intended to last a century, and not even designed to be easily replaceable. I’ve made hundreds of bellows but nothing approaching the tiny ness and complexity of these. Believe me, IF you find someone who can create a good replacement bellows for only $40, it’s a good deal.

Sometimes you can find NOS replacements on Ebay.....
...but installing them is another matter.
