Kodak Graphic No.0 shutter roller drum

I know this is a long shot, but here goes.

I've picked up a Kodak (Folmer & Schwing div.) Graphic No.0 camera last week. Unfortunately the spring in the curtain return roller drum is busted.
And the curtain straps are in poor condition.

I can repair the curtain, no problem.
But I can't get the roller drum off the stem. I have no idea how it comes apart.

I've attempted to remove the tension knob from the stem, but not sure if this is threaded on or heat-shrunk on. If I can get that off I can take a look at the top of the roller drum and perhaps how to get into it.
The knob style is the early solid one, not the one similar to the later Graflex camera tension knobs that are much easier to disassemble.

Any help or advice is appreciated. Don't want this one to end up as a shelf queen 🙁

Figured it out. Top of the drum unscrews from the drum casing with needle nose pliers, revealing the spindle and the broken spring.

Spring luckily was broken near one of the ends, so I added a new loop and re-affixed it to the spindle.

Now to see if I can get the curtain tension right when I reinstall the repaired curtain.

It's for the off-camera flash 😉

Due to a broken aperture stay the Time setting isn't working on the Graphic No.0. The stay won't go over the rollers with the metal film plane installed).
Was thinking of ordering some brass or steel .009" shim stock and seeing if I can cut and fold a new aperture stay.

Also ordered some extra 127 size film to harvest the backing paper for this camera.

Rick, I have 120 backing paper from time to time that I can salvage for you if it's any use? Or is the frame marking off and therefor useless?

I got plenty of 120 backing paper to cut up to 127 size if the need arrises. Getting the correct frame numbers to line up with the red window is a bit trickier for the 1-5/8" x 2-1/4" size frames.
I could probably cut the paper so that the 6x6 frame numbers line up with it.

Best thing for it would be to make one of those cutting dies; A wooden block with a razor blade in a groove.
