Kodak lens to EOS mount

Ok I like taking things apart, its putting them back together or making them work some way different that gets me. I got this old moldy kodak folding camera (not my good one, a second one) that has a semi clean lens on it. The rest of the camera is junk. Im wondering, is there some way to take that lens, figure out some way to change its mount by mounting it to something else or something, and stick it on a 20D? I have seen people who use toobs and stuff to mount rodenstock lenses this way (I think) and wondering if someone would like to give me a few pointers to get me started.

1. Buy (or find) a Canon body cap, mill out the center so only the mount remains.
2. Take two tubes and jam one inside of the other making sure that the gap is light-proof (attaching a black changing bag around the gap helps significantly) (this is so you can properly focus the lens)
3. Attach the lens to the very front of the tube and the body cap to the very rear tube.
4. Set the lens on "T" so that the lens shutter is open when the camera's shutter is open.

This is a pretty rudimentary jerry-rig, but I've found it to work well with older mountless lenses.

Straighten out the folder, and measure the distance from the lens to the back, then subtract the thickness of the 20D. You'll need a tube about that long, or an old dead lens/barrel that you can gut and tape to a body cap (you'll have to cut a hold in the body cap) for the 20D.

You might be able to use black PVC flexible tubing from the DIY store.

If you dig around junk stores you may be able to find some broken gear to salvage. I found an old helical and put the viewing lens from an old rolleiflex in it and presto I had a lens that functioned pretty damn well on my Canon 5d.
