I found this outfit today at a local flea market. Got stuck having to pay $20 for it all.

Everything is working. Even the meter is working and is accurate..

Great steal! The leaf shutter will let you use flash fill in bright light. There were a bunch of lenses made in that mount including a 50/1.9 and an assortment of other Schneider glass ranging from 28mm to 135mm, and I believe a 200mm also (memory is hazy, sorry). I also believe that it shared a lensmount with the Voigtlander Bessamatic. http://www.photoethnography.com/Cla...set.html?VoigtlanderBessamatic.html~mainFrame

This is the only camera system in which you can use lenses both on the RF and and the SLR. I have models IIIS RF and the III Reflex, and the lenses are interchnageable, which is cool.

Congrats on a steal.

If you're interested in the 35mm f2.8 Schneider Curtagon for this camera, I have one for sale. I had it with my Retina IIIS but when the outfit sold, the buyer didn't need the 35mm. PM me if you're interested.

That said, the lenses for these cameras, especially the 35mm, 50mm f1.9 & the 85mm, are said to be fantastic. The shots I've taken with the 35mm are absolutely sharp.
